What are the conditions of the 30 day money back guarantee that you offer? If within the first 30 days of using our services - you find - for whatever reason - that our hosting services do not suit your requirements, then we will refund 100% of the hosting fees that you have paid. As you own any domain names that we register for you - we do not refund the cost of domain name purchases

How long will it take before I can upload my web site? It will take between 8 and 12 business hours for us to create your web presence. When completed we will email you all the access codes and instructions on how to upload your site. You can then upload your web site. At this point your web site may not be visible to other people on the internet.

When will my web site be visible on the internet? Your web site will become visible to others on the internet in about 12 - 72 hours after the domain name has been registered or delegated to our servers.

What happens if my site exceeds it's Plan limits? We will send you an email once you reach 80% of your allownace. You then have time to decide wether you will upgrade your account or "clean stuff" off the site to give you more space.

Are there any penalty charges if I exceed my Plan limit? No - we only bill you the difference between the two plans.

Can I change plans? Yes - you can either increase or decrease you plan at any time. There are no penalties or charges. Simply click here to contact our support department.

Can I have Secure Server Layer (SSL) on my Plan? Yes ALL of our Linux plans have SSL.

Can my sub-domain(s) have email addresses? Yes. Create the sub-domain, then go to create the email accounts. Choose the sub-domain from the drop down list.

Does the server have ImageMagik installed? Yes

Can I password protect a folder(s)? Yes - cPanel provides a utility to enable user name / password protection on folders.

Can you host ASP sites? No, all of our servers are Linux based.
